2025 Conejo Food & Wine Fest - Celebrating 13 years

Come sample the best food, wine, beer, desserts that the Conejo culinary community has to offer. Dozens of vendors including restaurants, wineries, breweries, bakeries, distilleries, and more will be there along with live music to round out this great afternoon.  The Conejo Food & Wine Fest seeks to promote local businesses while raising money for our charity partners.

Food & Beverage Sponsor Information

  • I operate a restaurant, food, or beverage business, how can I participate?
    We are seeking food, wine, beer, distilleries, bakeries, specialty items and similar businesses to participate in our festival.  We provide your business a free booth and you will be able to engage and offer samples to our attendees.  Preference is given to local businesses in the Conejo Valley including such cities as Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and surrounding areas.
  • I operate a non-food/beverage commercial business or service, how can I participate?
    The Conejo Food & Wine Fest booth spaces prioritize food and beverage businesses.  Any non-food/beverage business that wishes to promote their products or services may contact us to inquire about becoming an event fundraising sponsor.  There are different opportunities to reach our attendees including multiple levels of financial sponsorship, silent auction offerings, VIP attendee only offerings, and more.  Our marketing specialists will work with you to ensure your marketing goals are met!
  • Is the Conejo Food & Wine Fest a fundraising event?
    Yes, proceeds from the Festival benefit our charity partners and as a sponsor, your contribution will benefit these wonderful organizations.  Your sponsor representative can provide you with our 501 3(c) tax identification number upon request.
  • Is there a Sponsorship information kit?
    Yes, please download our sponsorship information packet or click on the Contact link above for more information.
  • How else can we promote our business at the event?  We are having a silent auction at the event too if you wish to donate an item to highlight your business please send us an email or contact your event representative.  In addition, VIP attendees receive a VIP bag at check-in where vendors and sponsors can place coupons, promotions, or items.  
  • What time can vendors arrive to setup?  Vendor setup can begin at 10am on event day.  Enter the parking lot from Janss Road, proceed to the rear side of the school and enter onto the field through the vendor entrance gate.  Parking will be available directly behind your assigned booth space.  Be ready to serve by 1:15pm as VIP attendees are allowed early admission.  Aerial Map showing Vendor gate location [PDF]
  • Can we hang banners and decorations for our booth?  Yes, you can decorate your booth as you would like.  Bring whatever you need to highlight and serve samples.  
  • How do additional vendor representatives check-in?  All food & drink vendors and staff must check in at the vendor entrance gate in the Northwest corner of the field.  Additional staff arriving after setup can park/rideshare to the event, then proceed to the vendor gate to obtain a vendor wristband and entry. Attendee Information and FAQ

  • What are the age restrictions?  Conejo Food & Wine Fest is open to attendees 21 year of age and older, thank you for your understanding.
  • What are VIP Tickets?  VIP Ticket buyers will enjoy the following while attending the Conejo Food and Wine Festival: larger VIP wine glass with event logo, food plate with logo, VIP goodie-bag with special offers from our event sponsors, reserved table seating inside the covered VIP tent, food/beverage selections from exclusive VIP access vendors. More VIP perks each year!
  • What are General Admission tickets?  All General Admission ticket buyers receive a wine glass with event logo and unreserved seating at tables located inside the event grounds.  General admission ticket holders can sample food and beverages from all food vendors with the exception of some food vendors that are designated as "VIP Access" who will be serving inside the VIP tent.
  • Where is the event and where do I park?  The Conejo Food & Wine Fest is hosted on the grounds of St. Paschal Baylon School in Thousand Oaks. Address: 155 East Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. Free parking is available at the event, but space is limited so we encourage attendees to carpool if possible. Please be considerate of the residential neighbors while attending the event. Taxi/Uber/Lyft drop-off is encouraged. Thousand Oaks Transit does not operate on Sundays.  We do not operate a parking shuttle.
  • What type of ticket do we present at the gate?  Tickets may be purchased via Eventbrite only.  Please print the barcoded ticket your receive from Eventbrite or be prepared to present the barcode using the Eventbrite mobile app on your phone.  
  • How much food and how many drinks are included with our ticket?  VIP and General Admission attendees are invited to enjoy food and drink samples from all of our participating sponsors, with a few select vendors only serving samples inside the VIP tent.  All of these local businesses are looking forward to meeting you and sharing with you their samples.  Vendors are asked to prepare hundreds of samples, but occasionally samples do run out later in the event, so please be considerate.
  • What else should attendees bring? Please consider this is an outdoor summer event.  Hats, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass are encouraged.  VIP ticket holders have reserved seating in the VIP tent.  General admission ticket holders have access to limited seating at the grounds available on first-come basis.  Bring your proof of age identification.  Bring your credit card to bid on our silent auction items and purchase auction items when auction closes.
  • What is prohibited for attendeesAttendees under 21 years of age prohibited.  Infants held in parents arms allowed.  Please do not bring umbrellas, pop-up type shelters, picnic baskets, wagons, or lawn chairs. No smoking, vaping or outside food or drink allowed. No pets in accordance with county health code.  General admission seating is shared seating, please do not reserve, block, or save seating and please invite fellow attendees to share seating and table spaces next to you if available.
